Dr. Fiona Bessoth
Dr. Fiona Bessoth, born in 1971, has a degree in chemistry from the University of Saarland, Germany, and a PhD from Imperial College, London, UK. Her doctoral and post-doctoral work involved research into lab-on-a-chip (µTAS) systems. Fiona entered the profession in 2001, qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 2004 and as a European Patent Attorney in 2006. Fiona has extensive experience of both pre-grant and post-grant proceedings in a broad range of technologies. Her particular experience lies in patent litigation and opinion work for the pharmaceutical, chemical and medical industry.
